As writing teachers, how do we harness the positive powers of AI in the classroom while holding fast to the practice of writing as a means of individual critical thinking? In this session, we will look at tips and tricks to ethically incorporate AI into the steps of the writing process and also discuss strategies to engage writers in their own thinking without relying on the AI tools that surround them.
